I was checking out the Chevy site and ran across this. Does anyone know the part number? I am looking to add a power inverter or something to be able to power small electronics.Is this any better than a power inverter that can be picked up in an electronics store?

I believe that option is only on the Hybrid Silverado. It has a generator mounted under the rear seat with outlets under the seat and in the bed of the truck. Could be wrong, but I think that is what is in your picture.

I have a small 140W inverter that plugs into the cig lighter. Small and portable. I rather keep the space under the rear seats for something else. I plan on putting in a 1000W inverter in one of these days when I get a bigger alternator.
