2005 145amp Alternator

I've got a brand new 145amp alternator that will only fit 2005 model year GM/Chevy pickups and suvs. Asking $150 w/shipping. Easy upgrade for anyone with 105amp or wanting to go to duals.

just wondering why will it fit only the 05? did they change something from 04 to 05

on the alternator?

I don't have a pic at this time but can email you one later. If you look at the connector that comes from the PCM it will either be a 4 pin or 2 pin connector. The 99-04 used a 4pin connector while GM changed the connector to 2pin in 05.
