Access Roll Up Cover Questions

I was thinking of getting one of these for my '05 Chevy Crew Cab. Where is the best place to buy from? Also I see it has "slide locks". Does this lock the cover? I would like something lockable but I don't want a fold up, hard cover, or a hard roll up. Thanks for the help!

I have one of these on my ZR2. Best purchase ever! It does lock, And I would buy a tailgate lock as well.
