Superchips

Ok I have done the search and didnt really come up with what I wanted to see. I am considering a Superchips programmer. I can get a pretty good deal on one through a friend at a local shop. As I have read, obviously a custom tune like Westers will be tons better, but for now (and its cheap-[er]) I am considering this. My question is, has any of you guys run a Superchips programmer before? What can I expect? Just looking for some real-world experience from someone who has used one.

i have one for my truck 03 SilveradoSS...i love it ...i like the harder shifts and rasing the speed past 109mph is much better...espically when your on a closed course with a professional driver ...some people like a custom tuned pcm better but i havent had one of those so i cant help you with that...i got the superchips because it was used and cheaper

I have the Predator and can vouch for it. It is adjustable plus can remove tq managment(some years) Another neat thing is it is you can get a custom tune for it also. Check out diablosport.com or runningwiththedevil.com
