Adding Fog Lights part 2 - DUH

I just realized my air dam doesn't have the extra set of holes for my new fog lights, as I was figuring out where and how they mount. Do I cut the holes or get a proper air dam, and how expensive is it? I also need a wiring harness and relay. Where and how much for them?

I just cut the holes out on mine. You didn't buy the kit? It's usually about $100 on Ebay for everything.
