Need help

I needed to see if I can get help from my GM brothers and sisters in finding a topic on this forum that I saw a few weeks ago. It's the rims that have the HD style but with the six lug pattern for the half ton pick-up. I have GOT to get me a set of those.

Thanks BB. I'll keep a watch out for it. I tried a search earlier but I'm not that savy on the PC, so maybe I just didn't do it right.

Anyway, if anyone finds it please,please let me know.

Your in luck, I found it. GM offers the same wheel as the 2500 in a 6-lug pattern as an accessory wheel. Its part #12498842 and includes the wheel, lug nuts, valve stem and ctr.cap and they list for $250.00 each (probably cheaper at www.gmpartsdirect.com)

 

They are the polished forged HD style wheels, the size is 16x6.5 but I don't know the backspacing. If you go to your local GM dealer parts dept. and tell them them to pull up "parts action bulletin #AIBW03-015" you can see a picture and get the specs.

That's odd, they don't have a center cap like the 2500 wheels do. It look slike it is made into the wheel and has lug covers and a center cover.
