Taking a break from fixing the brakes (no pun intended) and have what I think is an easy question(s).

In my 90 GMC I have the "funky" looking rotating "pie pan" gauges. I hate em. Bleghk.. I just noticed last night that the 95 W/T we have for company trucks have nicer gauges with actual needles. The dash surrounds look the same to me as do the heater/AC/radio controls in both my truck and the company trucks... You guys see this coming yet?? :)

Im thinking that the "newer" 95 gauges would work with minimal headache. They look to me like they would drop right in. The electrical stuff doesnt bother me as I do electronics repair for a living.. This is my "driver" so custom/autometer/aftermarket gauges are outta the question.

Anyone ever done this conversion?? Just a thought as I REALLY hate the factory "pie pan/toys r us" looking gauges I have now.

TIA..  (back to soaking myself in brake fluid....)
