Could flywheel cause ping clatter noise?

I'm wondering if perhaps the flywheel is the cause to the ping clatter noise I get at 60 and above. Is this possible?

Yes if the fly wheel is cracked it will rattle and sometimes knock very noticeable.

This kind of scares me...because my 4.3L idles...rough...it shakes about every 2 seconds.

 

And as it accelerates, it pings...sounds like a coffee grinder.
