Duramax Grill Covers

I was trying to install my grill cover for my duramax today but for some reason couldn't figure it out. I figure that the tabs slide between the "chrome" plastic and the "grey" plastic but in some places there wasn't enough room to get it in there. Also, what do you do with the snap loops at the top? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I ran the elastic loops around the bump-stops for the hood.

 

The fabric covered tabs just push in the gap around the sides of the grill.

 

There are a couple of snaps that need installed in front of the fan shroud (they should be included).

 

The little hooks slip under the bottom of the grill.

 

 

I only put the grill cover on mine, and didn't install the cover over the lower grill/bumper. In order to make installation easier, I brought the cover in the house and got it good and warm and sttretched it out a little.

Correction: On my Chevy, the felt covered tabs slide in the gap between the grill and the inside edge of the headlight buckets...
