Service Engine Soon code??

Got a Wait4me tune and just had the service engine soon light go off. I thought it was the case relearn thing but went to Autozone and it is P1336. Something about an engine misfire?? What should I do?

where would be the best place to go to get it taken care of? I like the Pepboys here, do you think they could do it? What do I ask them to do?
