My Burb Stutters and I don't undrestand it...??

Okay, so here is the deal. I have just changed the plugs, wires, cap,

rotor, fuel filter, and the cat seems the be fine. The firing order is

correct. At times during acceleration my truck just seems to stutter a

little. It will get to full throttle no problem just with a little

hesitation. I was ALOT worse before I did the above. Any ideas? Is

there a filter in the fuel tank itself that might be picking up some

sediment(someone let the fuel get way too low)? Or could this be an

electrical issue. Note this is not a constant issue just an annoying

one.

Any ideas what to look at next?
