Wiring harness on front seat?

That was what I was hoping, but I didnt see any pigtails on the other end.

 

I didnt mention before that the truck wa hidden behind their service dept.

 

 

 

 

 

The factory trailer harness only has plug on one end (to the truck) the other side of the wires is spliced into what ever kind of controlller you get. The factory harness is OK if you don't mind doing the splice. A better way is to just buy the harness from the controller manufacture. It will have plugs on each end, truck and controller. No splice just plug and play.

 

 

 

 

 

 

The only controller I personally know of where this is the case is the Tekonsha Prodigy. Most others are hard-wired to the TBC harness supplied by GM.
