Driver's Door Handle Broke

Has anyone else had this problem? My driver's door handle cracked under the lock. I don't know why. Has anyone else had this problem? If so how hard is it to change? I'm sure it's going to to a pain in the a**.

Not sure what the 98's look like, but the new body style handles are really easy to remove.

Yea, mine was broke on my 98 when I got it.Not the handle but the plate that the handle is in,(exterior)to lazy to change it and the one at the napa store($39.)is the wrong texture and has a gloss paint on it.so that would mean a trip to the dealer$$$$.shouldn't be to hard to replace,remove the door panel to get at it.
