Exhaust, the age old debate

I am looking for a nice cat-back kit for my regular cab 8 ft bed 4x4 and it seems no one wants to make a kit for that particular truck. Any suggestions? Corsa makes a dual rear kit for 800 bucks but does anyone out there believe its worth it? :seeya:

Go for the single rear exit. Bit cheaper.

I have the Corsa single exit, "sport". I am very happy with it, but beware -- it's LOUD at WOT! Dead quiet at idle tho and at cruise. That Reflective Sound Cancellation stuff they claim actually seems to work quite well.

No complaints from me.

I own a 2004 2500HD i had a Flowmaster series 70 put on just cut out the old unit and replaced wtih the flowmaster. i have not seen any inprovement in MPG still 13 miles per gallon. as for horsepower we saw a 3HP increase above 3800 RPM. the total cost of the upgrade was $285.00. we will be adding a custom tune later next month i will let you the hp & MPG gains if any later next month.

I just put mine on today. Corsa sport split-rear exit. Took it for a couple of test runs today. A bit quieter than I usually like it, but it sounds d**n good all the way through the throttle. And the fact that it's quiet as stock at cruising speeds is worth it in my book.

if u wanna save some cash, just buy a muffler not a whole system and just cut the stock one out and weld the new one in. Cheap new sound.
