hello i l know the 2001-2002 HD's have a diff hood, grille, and plastic top bummper cover Than the non HD. My question is , are there any other cosmetic diff between the Two such as Radiator support, or fenders. I ask because i am looking at a reg cab short box 4x4, but i love the hd front end just wondering how much work it would be. thank you

You are correct,The hood,grille and upper bumper step pad are different on the '01-'02 HD's.

 

Onto your question...The radiator support is also different on the HD's,However the fenders are the same on an '01-'02 HD and a non-HD truck.

 

You can put an '01-'02 HD hood onto a non-HD truck with no issues at all (I have seen a few 1/2-tons with these hoods on and they look good!)

However installing the HD grille will be a little more tricky because of the 2" body height difference between the HD and non-HD trucks.
