2003 Yukon XL Power Side Mirrors

a couple weeks ago the power controls that adjust BOTH side-view mirrors just quit working. The ability to use the same control to pull the mirrors in still works, the lights still work on the controls, but if I select either left or right for adjustment, nothing happens.

I checked all of the fuses that seemed to make sense, but since I can still use the switch to pull the mirrors in, I assume that the fuse is still good. Does anyone have anything I can try?

  Ha!! So GM Customer service, ive already been talking with someone on your email team and there is nothing they can do. So pretty consistent with everyone else’s experience- you can do NOTHING.. worthless emails. Sure glad i have 4 GM cars on our family cuz now its clear you dont care.. Sad and pathetic.
