trailer fuses

Nope. There's a fuse for left (brake/signal), right (brake/signal), and park lights. There's also a 12V accessory trailer fuse. If none of them work I'd start with the ground. Could just be rusty or something.

If the truck lights work, then you mayt have a bad ground wire on the trailer. It's also possible that the connector is not making contact with the lugs on the truck side of the connector.

 

Use a test light to determine if the truck connector contacts have power. You can also attach a temporary ground wire from the truck to the trailer and then see if the lights work. Find a known ground point on the truck (one of the nuts that hold the hitch to the frame and a point on the trailer.

 

Attach the lighting harness and see if the lights come on.
