Front Pinion Seal

1999 GMC Sonoma, 4WD, 4.3L

 

Anyone have idea about how much it would cost to replace the front Pinion seal??

 

Also what it would cost to replace the oil cooler hose set that runs from the bottom of the raditor to the oil filter??

The frt pinion should be about 1 hour labor plus the seal....they are USUALLY less than $20, but some are more. As for the oil cooler hose, call the dealer for a quote from their online system...they can do over the phone if they subscribe.....at our dealer, we see LOTS of oil cooler hoses leaking.....I took mine off and had new ones made at a hose supply place, because I new I would be back chasing a leak a year later
