2004 GMC Sierra Malfunctioning Power Seats

I am having a problem with my driver side power seats. The seat will slide forward and backwards and all of the lumbar functions are working, however they will not shift up and down. The seats will reset with keyless entry and with the easy exit. I get a clicking noise when I try to engage the up/down switch but no motor noise. Also, the memory function on the door panel is functioning sporadically. Anything I can try to make this work or do I need to take it into the shop?

 

It is worth mentioning the door got a bit of rain on it about a week and half ago.
