1994 Brake problem

I have a 1994 GMC and when I am driving at high speeds (60+) and then hit the brakes the truck pulls to the left, the harder I hit the brakes the harder it pulls. It then will brake regularly after the initial pull to the left. It doesn't do it when I am driving slow, only at highway speeds. I need some help, does anyone have any ideas what the deal is. Thanks a lot

sounds to me like it may be either a hose or caliper problem. maybe only after the brakes heat up it stops? Might recommend replacing them both tho, on a 94 they should be relatively cheap. and on my father's cutlass, the rotors were warped but you could only tell going above 60, lower than that, they felt great. Anybody else have different thoughts on this?

Replace both front brake lines and fluid.

did you recently have brake work done? Sounds like a little air in the line on the right. Or could be a caliper sticking on the right, not grabbing. I would rebleed the system, all 4 wheels, and the try it again. If still persists, I would look at rebuilding or replacing the calipers. ( when you bleed the brakes you might want to bleed the master cylinder first)

I will bleed the brakes and hope that fixes it, I would hate to replace stuff that doesn't need it
