Need Help with parts

Long story short, I forgot to lock my 91 Silverado up Saturday night and some fook tried to steal it. They stole the radio, but more importantly they screwed up the ignition switch so bad the key won't go in. I bought a new ignition switch but forget to get the steering wheel puller, so it is still down. I also need a new collar for around the steering column and my hazard switch is broken. Does anybody know what the part number is for a new collar? Anything else I will need to replace?

No way. My wife drives the truck in my sig and I drive a motorcycle. This truck is for hauling stuff and bad weather only. Only put 1000 miles on it last year and it runs great. It is a great truck, just got to get it repaired and back on the road.
