So long General Ameritrac

Well, the tread on my OEM General's finally wore down enough to justify the cost of replacements. I've hated those tires since the day I bought the truck and could not be happier to be rid of them. I put 30,000 miles on them, and probably should have ditched them 5,000 miles ago but lacked the necessary $. Those things were a real safety hazard whenever it rained. I decided to go with the Goodyear Fortera. ($682 with all fees and taxes) While shopping around, I found that 60% of the salesmen had them on their own trucks. I've had them for less than 24 hours, but already it feels like a completely different vehicle. I'm curious to see how they hold up, and will report back down the road.
