Shift Points

I have a 1988 GMC Sierra k1500 4x4. It has a TBI 350 with an auotmatic transmition. I need to replace the intake manifold and was wondering if the camshaft wasnt moved, would the timing and shift points change and need re-adjusted? also would you know the stock shift points for it? i know it is possible to estimate by running it full out, but this isn't the most accurate and the truck is old and cant afford too much of a beating.
