Gauge Installation Help

Hello ya ll,

 

This is my first post.

 

I have a 2003 GMC Sierra. I just bought a gauge over lay kit.(they glow blue or green) I need a 12v source to hook them up to. can I wire them in to the factory gauge wire harness(any one has the weiring diagram?) or is there another reliable source?

I would suggest you buy a "piggyback" kit from a parts store. The kit is about $10.00 and will give you a good reliable power source. You simply remove a fuse, insert the piggyback and tie into the wire leading from it.
