Basically....Everything!!! The NBS (new Body Style) GMT900 is a complete redesign of the "Classic" GMT800. New frame, chassis, body, interior, drive trains. Engines are similar but have added AFM, VVT (on 6.0's) and more power.

The 5.3's in the classics have the AFM and the newer engine enhancements. I just bought the 07 Classic w/the 5.3 and it has the fuel management and the bells and whistles that the NBS 07 5.3's have. The chassis and body both interior and exterior appears to be the main difference. Jay
