Electrical Problems?

Having a few minor problems on my 03 Z71 extended cab. Are these related? Is there an electrical problem that could be causing all of these?

 

1. Can't keep the passenger side DRL burning for more than a week or so. Bulb is not blown but will not even work on the drive side, which is working.

 

2. Has the Bose 6 disc CD Changer. About once a week the clock resets to 12:00am. Either at startup or just while driving down the road. Everything else is kept, presets, etc.

 

3. Last night I heard a sound coming from above the driver side seat. There is a small circular vent on the inside of the roof and the sound is coming from in there. What is that vent for? Looks just like the ones up front that I'm guessing are for automatic headlights/DRL's. Sounds kinda like something is trying to run but is locked up so its just kind of a clicking/grinding sound. Only happens occaisionally.

 

All minor annoyances but i'm beginning to wonder if there is a larger problem. Are these individual issues? Or could they all be related? Any advice on any of the three or all would be appreciated.
