I have an 07 classic silverado work truck and I would like to replace the plastic peices in between the headlights for painted ones like all the LT trucks have. Does anyone know whats involved in replacing these and if anyone makes such a peice? thanks. Brian

I would go to your local dealership and tell them what you want. They make the piece for repair reasons. If you don't want to paint it I'm sure the body shop would paint it to match your truck for a little bit of nothing.

A lot of times they make these things available only with a grille assembly. Check with your local dealer. If they are not available separately, you can always sand, smooth, and paint the existing parts to match.

i agree, the only thing is be careful at your stealership... i got quoted for a new grill with just a different style mesh above and below the bowtie... they wanted 550$... i found them on ebay for 150.. i'd check on ebay or the rest of this crazy internet and see what you can dig up...
