Projector Headlights Question

First off, thanks in advance to you guys that have answered or given oppinions on past questions I've asked.

 

I have a question about the projector headlights. I'm thinking or replacing my OEM headlights with the projector headlights for better visability. I work and do a lot of driving at night and my commute to and from the city generaly takes me down dark, poorly lite roads (infested with deer and all other kinds of critters that like to play "dodge the Tahoe" at night). Are the projectors worth the hype or am I better off just replacing the bulbs in my factory headlights with some halogen bulbs? Also, any oppinions on which ones give the best visability are welcome.

I liked my HIDs a lot more than the projectors. I practically never had to use my high beams (to see an upcoming turn etc) after I installed them. I got mine from a member here and I think right now he's selling them for 139 til the 14th...Not too bad considering I paid about 225 about 6 months ago.

i would reccoment getting the projector headlights ... and then doing a HID conversion on them ...

I would just replace the bulbs with Osram Silverstar bulbs and do the 4 headlight mod. I recently installed TYC headlights and I don't think they light the road as well as my stock lights. With hi/lo beams on at the same time it is very bright though. I also live in a deer infested area. Hardly a day goes by that I don't see a deer on the road.
