Power Window Problems

I have a 2003 yukon. The front windows both work fine (well the passenger side is a little slow but am working on that) but the back two seem to have some restrictions on them.

 

The rear passenger door switch will only operate that window down (not up). This same window can be operated up or down by the master switch.

 

Now the rear driver side switch will only operate itself down also. But this same window can only be operated up by the master switch.

 

Is this just a problem with the switch or does it sound like an electrical short?
