Dome/door/floor Lights Stayed On Dimly

We just had lots of heavy rain last night, about four inches in just a couple hours. When I got in my truck last night, the blue LEDs in my door, dome, and floor lights came on like normally. But when I closed the door, they all stayed on, albiet very dimly. Even when I pushed in the dome light button, they stayed on. When I got in the truck this morning, they cut off normally. I'm pretty sure water got in somewhere, but does anybody have an idea where? No big deal though, it didn't seem to hurt anything.
