Tire Size Questions

i have a 99 silverado Z71 with 285/75/16 tires i put a 2.5 in leveling kit on it and just purchased some 20x10 in rims what is the biggest size tire i can put on without rubbing or what would be the best size to put on?

i seen a 0? avalanche yesterday and he had 24s on it just wish i knew what size the tire was and it looked like he eather had the truck leveled or lifted. now i can fit 33s on 17 inch tires under my truck with no rub . so my best advice is find out what the equialent size to that is but with the 20s.

thankx for the help how wide is the 33s you have b/c im thinkin about gettin 305/55/20s which are right at 33 ins tall but like 12 inches wide
