2001 Hd Torsion Bars

A front end alignment is always required after cranking the T-bars.

Thank you, I had it aligned and they said it was maxed out. Just wondered if anyone had the same problem.

I'm curious as to what they mean by "maxed out". If the vehicle hasn't been wrecked, or even if it has been wrecked and repaired properly, you should have plenty of adjustment in your upper control arm cams. If you are running camber too much positive it will wear the outside of the tires, but camber is much slower wear than toe. I would suggest having them set front total toe to "0.0" and see if it helps, although an '01 2500 HD only calls for 1/8 degree total toe to begin with. A little more info might help, such as what size tires you are running, what tread pattern (regular road tread or Super Swamper or anything in between), was this a dedicated alignment shop or a "1 shop does it all". All of these things can make a difference.

Thank You, I will try changing the toe and see if that helps. The truck is stock but for fabtrch spindels and BFG AT 305-70-16 on stock wheels.
