Intake Part Question

hello all, I've got an opportunity to purchase a used airaid CAD intake off ebay for $50 (new is around $200) It's part number 200-168. This replaces the intake box and filter only, I've already got the airaid MIT tube.

 

here's where I hope you can help:

According to the Airaid site this fits a 2005 6.0L or 8.1L.

According to Summit Racing, this part number will also fit a 2006 or 2007 5.3L

My truck is a 2005 Silvy with the standard 5.3L and electric fans

 

Is there any difference as far as the intake (or more specificly the intake box) between a 2005 6.0 vs a 2005 5.3?

OR is there any difference between a 2006/07 5.3 intake vs a 2005 5.3 intake?
