Need Help

For some reason my brakes seem to be inconsistant, sometimes there good and stiff and then a few days later or the next there softer, never so soft that it's a sefety concern but noticable, the manual says they ajust automatically every time they are applied so i dunno, by the way disc front drums on the back. Thanks!!

Perhaps a leak in the vac line on the brake booster? Pads? Brake fluid flush? Lots of stuff
