Fog Lights Not Working 2007 Suburban

I just bought an used 2007 Suburban for my wife and on one foggy morning I tried the fog lights and they didn't work. I looked in the user manual for a fuse and saw one listing for the fog lights. It was in the fuse box under the engine hood. It is a 4 prong fuse (or relay) and I cannot tell if this is the problem. Can I test continuity across the 4 prongs or just get a new one if this is most likely the problem? Any help would be appreciated greatly.

Thanks BluGorilla. This will be the second time you have helped me out. I will give that a try and let you know.

alothough i know this sounds too simple and dumb.. ive seen yukons and trucks at my dealership with this same problem.. and it turns out the bulbs are blown or damaged.. so if u get a chance.. check out the bulbs.

cause some people tend to over think things... if youve got one out.. instantly u think bulb.. but if 2 dont work.. some people skip right over the bulb theroy and jump straight to wiring and relays.

Well the easiest place to start was the fuse box. It did seem really out of the ordinary that both fog lamps were not working. My next question, and I am sure all of you will find this funny also, but I do not know how to remove the fog lamp bulbs.

Sorry to ask again but does the whole fog lamp come out from the front or do I have to remove the fender well cover to get to just the bulb.

I finally squeezed myself underneath the suburban and found both fog lights unplugged. Keep It Simple Stupid. It was tough to get my hands into that tight area and figure which way they plugged in, but they both worked after that. I really appreciate all of the help.
