Nav/xm/onstar Upgrade Question

I just bought a 2006 1500 Silverado Ext Cab with factory CD and tape player. I would like to upgrade to a factory CD/Nav/XM Radio in my truck, is this possible?

 

Also, can I add onstar to a truck without it?

I'm not sure if you can add it to that package, but if so pm me if you are interested in buying a nav unit. I have a factory unit that i need to get rid of. (sorry, not trying to push a sale in this topic...) wish i could be of more help
