Noise From Left Front Wheel

when i turn it dead lock to right,you can feel it in the steer wheel and make a bang doesnt do it when i turn it to left bearing seems fine when i jacked it up and twist and turn the wheel any ideas?has 58000 miles on it its an 02 2500 4x4 hd with 285s on it

I know you said that the bearing is alright, but I had the same problem and it WAS my bearing. The way I found out was to actually take the tire and wheel off and move things around until i found the slack. It may not be your bearing but that was my problem. good luck...and by the way that bearing for the HD was 240$
