Installing Silverstar 9005 St Headlights, Drls Too?

I just bought a pair of 9005 ST headlights for my 2007 Silverado but I am wondering if i need to also replace the 4114k (DRL) bulbs? I believe when the high beams are on both lights are on, but I would like some verification of that. What should I do, I will take any and all suggestions. Thank you.

I wouldn't waste anymore of your money on those junk bulbs.

9005 is the highbeam. There are very few aftermarket lowbeam bulbs which I believe are an H11.

I am returning the bulbs, I am looking for an alternative to the factory bulbs that won't kill my wallet. Any suggestions.

PIAA is the only decent bulb in an H11. Look to spend about $80 shipped. The look nice, just a little expensive. I bought HID's for $85 and have been rolling fine ever since.
