Replacing Current Mods

Ok people, i have a 2005 GMC Sierra with the 5.3l engine. my mods so far are the k&N 77 Series intake, Flowmaster Dumped exhaust (dont know what kind of muffler it is) and the Airaid Throttle Body Spacer. in a few days i will be going to wheatley to get tuned. But now i want better performance for my truck, so im replacing the flowmasters with the borlas xr1 muffler. as for the intake i could do a ram air option like volant, but i dont know. what do yall think? headers will come next. so after that whats best to work on the tranny or differential? im planning on going with 3.73s and getting a 3500 stall. as for the tranny i already saw what im getting thanks to the people who helped me out on a earlier post. so what im asking is tranny first or differential? hopefully this will be my last topic post until january, lol.

i would go with the 3.73s first. 3500 stall is to much for a stock motor.

+1, gears first. As for the rest of your stuff, if you already have an intake and stuff, why spend more on another one. I would leave the intake alone. Get the headers and finish the exhaust, then go get your tune. Remember, if your truck is 4WD you need to change the gears on the front AND rear.

After the headers and tune your next best bet is engine components. Camshafts, heads, intakes, superchargers, turbochargers, N20, the possibilites are endless.

thanks a bunch for helping guys. i pretty much have it figured out now. after the tune, ill just work on getting the rest bolted on, new exhaust, and headers and then retune. then i gotta start working on tranny, getting new driveshaft and working on the differential. as for the gears i like the ones i have cause theyre long gears, perfect for boost, like the kenne bell sc i want to get.
