English To Metric In Nav System?

I can change the DIC from English to Metric but it only changes the gauges. The Nav system stays in English (miles). I have a Canadian Yukon XL and the Nav was originally in metric.

 

I feel silly because I think I changed it myself from metric to English and I can't remember what I did. I've read through both the Owner's Manual and Navigation Manual but I can't find the right info. Well, actually the Nav manual says to change the setting in the DIC but when I do, the Nav doesn't change at all.

 

Anybody know the proper way to do it?
