I was looking for someone who bought one of these and to see what you think of it.

here is what it says about it on craftsman's site:

Unit retrieves and displays manufacturer-specific diagnostic codes, I/M Readiness status and Freeze Frame data. Easily clears stored faults and turns off the Check Engine light. Print vehicle diagnostic reports, perform Internet updates and access Optional RepairSolutions® to find the most likely fix with parts and labor costs. Improve your vehicles reliability and efficiency. USB cable and Storage pouch. Trilingual. Wt. 2.5 lbs.

how much is it going for?

I'm looking at the $99 one.

They have another one for $299 that includes an online repair manual with a bunch of other features I don't care for.

I really like the ones that autozone uses that you can also purchase from Sears they will all do the same thing just depending on how much you want to spend... Keep in mind that if you bought a hand held programmer for your truck that they can also read your codes if equipped!
