Hvac On H2

I believe my HVAC actuator to be bad. My problem is that all vents work at their regulated temp except the driver side it will be fine at first then starts only blow hot air. I can change the digital read but it does not change the actual temp. Is this a problem with the HVAC actuator? If so where is this thing and how do I replace it? This is on a 2003 Hummer H2.

  Ha!! So GM Customer service, ive already been talking with someone on your email team and there is nothing they can do. So pretty consistent with everyone else’s experience- you can do NOTHING.. worthless emails. Sure glad i have 4 GM cars on our family cuz now its clear you dont care.. Sad and pathetic.
