Just Want To Blow Off Some Steam. Ii

I already posted this in the HD forum, but I'm alittle mad that GM still has a problem with the gages in the new trucks. I would think this would have been fixed already. Take a look at the picture of my dash. this is running in my shop. oil pressure at 80+ volt gage all the way around and water temp at 260+ and the speedo at 5 mph. it was at 20mph sitting still earlier today. what do you guys think about this problem in a new truck

All you can do is take it in to the dealer. Sounds like a bad cluster altogether if there are that many different issues but maybe that's not the case. It's possible there's a TSB on this and a simple re-flash will fix it. Let us know what you find.

the dealer was surprised to hear that an 08 was having dash problems, If anyone else has had the same problems with the new body style I would like to know.

I have to agree totally that GM should have this problem solved. As much as I love my GM truck, they are SLOOOW to take care of known problems. Perhaps that is part of the cause of the latest round of financial problems?
