Fog Light Housing Replacement 2002 Surburan

This is simpler than it looks I am sure. I have to replace the housing for the passenger foglight. I do not see any easy way to do it. Looking up in there, I can not even see the mounting screws. Does the lower valance have to be removed?

If it's similar to the 99-2002 Silverado fog lights (which I'm pretty sure it is) the fog lights are mounted to the chrome bumper above the air dam the lights come through. The bracket is sort of shaped like an upside down L, so look up above the fog light and towards the front of the truck and you should see two bolts that I believe are like clamps to clamp it to the bumper.

Yes, it is very easy. Take a flashlight and shine right above the housings, you'll see the two bolts as mentioned.
