06 Silverado Lt Drivers Power Window/heated Seat

Drivers power window does not work with the seat heat/position control hooked up to the driver door control module and the light for the seat back position heater is on all the time even with the key removed from the ignition.Once the green connector is removed from the door module the window works just fine.There are no fuses blown and with everthing connected to the driver door module everything works but the window,remove the green connector and the window works along with the mirror controls and power door locks.Anybody have any ideas where to start?
