Hid Lights For The Fog Lights

I put 6000k HID lights for my head lights and now I want them for my fog lights. I pulled the Fog light bulb and it reads it is a 9140. Iam looking around on the hid websites I cant seem to find any. I look on sylvania web site and it reads that i should have 9145 light blubs. What one should I have? And do You guys no a company that makes Hids for My fog lamps? Thanks alot For any info.
