1989 Gmc G2500 Vandura 5.7 V8

I Have a 1989 GMC G2500 Vandura 5.7 V8, The van cranks but

will not start. This is a conversion van so the manuals

I purchased in 1989 do not help much since electrical and

computer has been switched around by the conversion company,,,

Headlights, horn, tail lamps, ECM-B, and crank circuit have NO POWER.

... Fuses OK,,,,

Has anyone else had this problem or any ideas on a fix??? Greatly

appreciate any advice,,, Chris

  Do you have access to BP fuels? Some stations have Silver 91 E-0 priced the same as their 93 E-10. There is a local Marathon with 90 alky free for $6 a gallon but I go down the road to BP for $5-ish. They also have a 100 E-0 but that stuff is $10 a pop.

  passive listening likely misses a lot of useful data for any system probelms (vs bus/communication problems), which are more common. and you would need to poll most everything, because you have no idea what/where the problem happens, and data from just prior to the event is likely more important than what's happening after the event. It would likely be more useful/successful, to be set to look at a specific subsystem, so after some random problem happens, then you attach this device, set to watch/log for that specific problem the next time it happens.
