Ok, Have A Question About Rancho Quick Lift

Recommended Posts

I searched the forum, and everything that was posted is over a year old. SO...I was looking at leveling or lifting my truck. Leveling would be better for my budget though. I have heard mixed reviews about ready lift, and rough country. The mixed reviews had me turned off of messing with the stock suspension for a while, but now that I added some n-fabs, my truck does need a little lift.

Rancho is a good product, but I would like some feedback on the quick lifts. How is the ride? Do I also need to add the 9000 shocks for the rear?

Thanks

It looks like a good product, but I only paid 80 for my RC spacers where gave the same amount of lift and work just as well over 25,000 miles later...Don't need to change the rear shocks unless you put in blocks or add a leaf.

Do you have to change the rear shocks if you add a leaf? I was looking at some of those and leveling kits cause i wanted to a little higher after getting stuck at work as I watched the rest of the crew drive off for days off.. All of them have levelling kits and 33's im still running my stock 31's and I was curious if to buy the add a leaf with or without the shocks included in the package?

Technically you do not have to, at least the 4wp guys were claiming that I could add a leaf without really needing shocks but I went on the safe side...My shocks do say for a 1500 with 0-3" of lift so no, no real need for shocks...I like mine though, they were only 40 bucks apiece for Pro Comp ES9000s Nitrogen shocks.
