Help With Gmc Sierra Pcm Wiring

I hope this question is for this section..

 

I have a 2002 GMC Sierra Crew Cab 1500HD 6.0L VIN = 1GTGK13U92F137113

 

I bought this Truck in Salvage Auction and it was a hit on the driver front side... I had to fix some wiring harness down the Fuse Box and the ECU .. I have to bought another Fuse Box too because the BAttery Acid did some damage on it..

 

Well the electrician mech guy replace it and join the necesary wires according the Color code...

 

 

The mystery here is that He doesnt found the END for some wire... and He left it disconnected...

 

The wire comes from the ECU harness and it is GRAY with BLACK Strip ... (Look pictures)

 

I have some months with my TRUCK and the major things wroks fine except for some issues:

 

1.- I dont feel the big power of the VORTEC 6.0L (it is my first GM, I'm 100% Jeep (5.9L modified and I decided bought this GM since I loose on the track with some VORTECs).. I had to rev the engine (a lot to me) to move the truck (8 MPG City)

 

2.-Theres no power for the OBDII Connector (I had to run a power wire to pin 16 for sacan)

 

3.-Theres no signal for the Exterior Temperature Display (Mirror) (I changed the Sensor for a Brand New and It stills showing O*C degrees on temp)

 

4.- The Driver Rear Door does not open the Locks Automatically, and the courtesy light on the door doest works...

 

 

Where I have to connect this missing wire ??? Becasue I removed the box and separeted all the harnesses and I didnt find another wire end...

 

Do you think some of my 4 issues has a relation with this wire ???
