  1. 22's are not going to ride as nice as 20's. (less sidewall matters)
  2. Use Tire Rack (or some other) tire calculator and compare the factory tire size with the size you want to run on the 22's.
  3. Tailgate on this one unlocked that way too -- until after the first update last week.
  4. No one else having similar issues? Maybe service advisor BS'ing? Maybe OTA not pumped out to all vehicles at the same time?
  5. The power up/down option (QT6) is only available on silverado. Both HD's can get EZ lift, which is different than power up/down. 2023 2500 Silverado tailgate options 2023 2500 Sierra tailgate options
  6. DEF page detail taken from 2023 3.0 manual (the 6.6 has a larger tank) The 2023 LZO tank holds 5.4 gallons, so when like the last line (when it will take 4 gallons) it still has 1.4 gallons in tank. Daily driving that will be +/-1500 miles til empty on mine. (And then the 500 miles to speed restriction begin) I'll need fuel twice to drive 1500 miles -- and where there is fuel there is def (ya, maybe extremely isolate areas there may be fuel and no def, but if I'm going there then part of my preparation is filling the def tank) Lack of accuracy example: Drove 2000 miles since DEF tank was completely filled. Decide to check the DEF page. (intentionally not calling it a gauge) DEF page is showing top 4 segments off. But -- perhaps the 4th segment just went off, or maybe the 5th segment is about to go off -- so somewhere around 1.5 to 2 to 2.5 gallons can be added. 2000 miles / 2.5 gal --- 800 miles per gallon 2000 miles / 2 gal --- 1000 miles per gallon 2000 miles / 1.5 gal ---- 1333 miles per gallon So, using just the def page, we really have no idea about the def usage. (which is why I don't call it a gauge...) 1333 is way way more than 800.... Otoh, I'm not sure all this really matters. If not trying do detailed tracking of DEF mileage just wait for the 1000 mile warning and dump in a 2.5 gallon jug. I'm doing it for '****** and giggles'.
  7. I'd be ignoring the phone app and going by what the truck is indicating. Mine phone app always indicates def info unavailable -- but I've notice the other info is not always fully up to date. What are you doing with the truck? What type of fuel mpg are you getting when you check it at fill ups? DEF usage should be about 2% of fuel usage. Because def usage is so low compared to fuel usage, a small difference in measuring def added (was it filled the same both times) can make a big difference in calculated DEF mileage. For this reason I run the def tank down to empty or vary close and use a bulk pump to ensure I can get the tank completely filled without having to deal with a jug with some leftover in it. I also don't believe the DEF page is accurate enough to use for calculating the DEF mileage. Each segment does not indicate the same amount of fluid. When viewing the page, is the segment above the current one 'just turned off' or is the current segment just about to turn off? Fill, record odometer, drive for 1000's of miles, refill and accurately measure def added -- hand calculate mileage. For comparison, my LZO fuel consumption is running about 28 usmpg with my usage. (so not high speed, not towing and little elevation change) Truck has about 5500 miles and I have not added def since taking delivery. Idash and truck 'def level info page' agree that the truck has about 1/3 tank of DEF left. I'm expecting it have similar overall consumption as my LM2 -- approx 1200 miles per def gallon.
  8. CarbonPro is only available as a short box. The standard box (6.6") is only available in steel. Carbon Fibre composite bed is optional and only available on AT4, Denali and Denali Ultimate.
  9. What level does the info page in the truck say?
  10. On 2023/24 1500 Silverado there are 3 versions of headlights. Trim level determines which ones. For 2023/24 1500 Sierra there is only one headlight version.
  11. Called the dealer today. Service adviser is saying that this is a 'known issue' and currently does not have a solution. Good thing it can still be unlocked by using the FOB button.... Using the fob to unlock is kinda like having a truck before push button start. Did that for 25 years or so. Not happy about it, but it's not the end of the world.
  12. Nope. 2024 Chev 1500 head and taillights still change depending on trim
  13. Looks like the right hand screen is showing 2 dots at the top that indicate it can be changed to another screen. Does it change to something else if swipe the right hand screen to the other screen?
  14. That's the next step. There was a 15 minute or so install early in the week and then a 5 minute install at end of week. Truck reported successful install for both. I was hoping others were having the same issue and that there would be a patch downloaded to correct the issue. Today I learned that the tailgate will unlatch with the tailgate buttons if the truck is already unlocked. As in other post, if truck is locked then fob button needs to be used to unlatch tailgate.
  15. GAZ is the code for Summit White Touchup paint is WA-8624 GAZ / 'Summit White' seems to be one of the colours that is always available. It's the white seen on many many commercial vehicles. The white tri-coat paints are a different white and won't match. G1W is white frost -- also has metallic 'frosty' appearance. You will be unhappy if you use one of the other white touch-up paints on your GAZ white vehicle
  16. There is also a limit on how much scrolling can be done when the vehicle is moving. Should also be able to store the audio files's on a phone and play thru usb OR wirelessly

  18. Anybody else having problems unlocking the door(s) and tailgate by pushing button on handle? Had an OTA update a few days ago and after I let it install, the doors no longer unlock by pushing button on door handle. Then yesterday (so 2 or 3 days after first OTA install) it wanted to do a short (5 minute) install. I'm thinking great -- somebody reported the issue and they providing a patch for the previous update. Unfortunately, no change. The doors can be locked by using button on the door -- but not unlocked. Have tried both doors. Have tried both fobs. Tailgate and doors can both be opened by pushing the buttons on (either) fob. Tailgate can be unlatched/opened with button on dash. Door lock buttons on doors still work. Keyless ignition still works as normal, with fob in pocket.
  19. Checked my records and it was part the the 'Technology Package' on 2021 1500 Denali as well.
  20. As gemarsh indicates, many have had high/fast idle added at the dealer. ( code UF3 is High Idle Switch) It needs to have cruise control, since it uses the same buttons. It is not available if truck has PTO What year and trim is the truck? Does it have cruise control?
  21. Taillight type depends on trim (incandescent/led/led animated)
  22. Rpo codes ... Order guide shows G80 is standard on all except the ZR2 and AT4X Gas gets 3.73 Dmax gets 3.42 ZR2 and AT4X also get the a DSSV suspension package (RPO code ZRX) 3500's don't get the AT4X or ZR2 trim levels (and AT4 doesn't get the AT4X goodies)
  23. I like them, but some argue against them for trapping debris between the liner and the sheet metal.
  24. On 2023 Silverado they are std on ZR2, LTZ and HC
